Purpose of collecting data

• To respond to inquiries
• To process payment
• To personalise the user experience 
• For marketing purposes (with user consent) 

     Data Storage and Retention: 

• Data is stored in compliance with GDPR. I attend redular trainig.
• All data is stored in locked containers. Digital data is stored and priotected by password.
• As a counsellor, I receive supervision. Clients are not identified, and the purpose of Supervision is for my professional development, case management support and safeguarding.
